Ingredients

  • Potatoes as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • Baking powder just for sprinkling
  • 1/2 tea spoonAjwain
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes as fries And soak them into salted water.

    After 30 mint strain it and sprinkle baking powder on it.

    Now fry them on normal stove... Crispy french fries are ready to eat 😋... Serve with katchup
