Rinse your spinach and remove the stems then cut it into small pieces.

Put it in the put on medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Do not add water

Remove it from heat after the excess water has dried up

In a saucepan, melt your butter on medium heat. After it has melted, put the flour and stir

Add your milk/fresh cream to form a creamy sauce. (Tip: Do not add all your milk at once. Add half and stir then continue to add until it has the thickness you desire.)

Add your spinach to the sauce and mix well

Add salt and or pepper for taste

Serve hot
