Take a wide pan soo the ingredients can be well managed while cooking..

Add oil..

Add the whole garam masala..Kali mirchi.. Daar chini..Long and bari Elachi..

Cook them until you hear cracking sound..

Immedietly add kala zeera then white zeera just following each other..

As they release aroma just been put in pan..

Add onion until slightly brown..

Saute ginger garlic paste..

Add all seasoning with half glass of water until oil is seperated..

Add beef until water is been soaked and oil is seperated..

Add 4 glass water cook it covered until meat is tender..

As meat is slighlty remaning to fully done..

Peel off potatoes..

Cut them in half..

Make sure there is enough water reamaing in pan for potatoes and gravy..

If there is less water add some more..

When potatoes are well cooked..

Add green chillies and put off the flame..

If you add green chillies before they will lost their beautiful colour..

Dish out garnish with fresh coriander leaves..
