Ingredients

  • 1 kgKali tori
  • Onion 1medium
  • Tomato 1large
  • 2 tbspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • Oil half cup
  • 1 tbspSabut zeera
  • 1 tbspKuta dhaniya
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli powder half tsp or u taste
  • 3-4Green chilli chopped
  • Green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash peel and chopped the sabzi.

  2. 2

    Now take oil in a pan add onion and coom until light golden now add chopped garlic and cook for 30 sec now add all spices and pastes and chopped tomato and cook for 2 minute now add sabzi and cook for 5 minute and cover the pan.

    Not add water because veg will release water.

    When water reduce cook the veg with out cover all water dry.

    Now add green coriamder and serve hot with roti and enjoy.
