  • 1 kgkeema
  • 4big golden brown fried onions
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspsafed zeera
  • 1 tbspKala zeera
  • 6boiled eggs
  • To tastesalt
  • Fry and make powder
  • 3 tbspeating Chana
  • 15pcd Kali mirch
  • 2 tbspkhash khash
  • For curry
  • 2golden brown fried onions
  • 2 cupsdahi
  • 2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 5 pcschoti elaichi
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Properly grind keema,pyaz,all powders,and salt

  2. 2

    Roll eggs in maida and cover it with the above paste. Make kofte balls and deep fry

  3. 3

    In a cup of oil(in a kadhai) add elaichi, ginger garlic paste,dahi and all powders. Stir well. Add onions and acche se bhun Lena hai.

  4. 4

    Keep adding warm water and continue cooking.

  5. 5

    Add kofte only when oil leaves spices and comes up.

    Cover lid and cook for 10 mins.
