Cut all vegetables as u want..

In a pan heat some oil add vegetables and saute them. Now add salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and mix them. Leave it for 2 mins now add green onion and fried Scrambled egg and mix and turn off the flame.

Soak rice in a water for half an hour. Now in a pan put some oil, water(if thre is 1.5 glass of rice then u have to add 3 glass of water) add salt and wait until water boils.

When water boils add soaked rice to it, mix and cook until water dries.

Now on rice add Tikka masla, zeera powder and then cooked vegetables... Cover with lid on a low flame for 3-4 mins. Rice is ready.
