  • 1/2 kgbitter gourd
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    Firstly peel bitter gourd cut in middle spread salt on it leave it for 2 hours now wash it

  2. 2

    Take a dish add salt And red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well now fill it in bitter gourd

  3. 3

    Now take a. Woke add oil And heat it now fry all bitter gourd serve it with chapatti
