Steps

Firstly grind onion and tomato separately.

Then put a pan on flame and add butter to it. Once it heat up add jeera and Curry leaves.

After that add chopped onion and once it turns brown add chopped tomato to it.

Add Turmeric powder, salt to taste, Dhania powder,garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it till the mixture leaves oil.

Then add cream and mix it well.

Then add water to it and make it boil.

Add sliced cottage cheese or paneer.

Then cook it for 20 minutes and switch off the flame.

Serve it hot with wheat chapati.
