Masala Khakhra

Mix all the dry ingredients well.

Add oil to it & mix well. Now pour milk in it & apply some oil in your palms then make a soft dough out of it. (if required you can add water as well) Then let the dough rest for about 10-15 minutes.

Then divide the dough in small portions(in the same process as roti) then start rolling the small portions using roller pin & roll as shown below. Sprinkle flour while rolling khakhra so that it does not get stick to the surface.

Thinly roll the Khakhras so that they become crisp. Heat a pan, then lower it's flame & fry the khakhras' one by one till they become golden brown from both sides. And your crispy Masala Khakhra is ready to serve!
