For puffs
Pour water butter salt and sugar in a pan and heat it until dissolved. - 2
Add flour gradually abounding lumps and cook until leaves pan.

Remove it from stove.

Now beat it with 4 eggs adding one by one making a thick mixture.

Now by using piping bag pop up small round parts on baking tray and bake it at 160° for 10 mins.

Check it after 10 mins if risen well then remove them and keep to cool.

Now make pastry cream
Mix dry ingredients and beat eggs separately in a bowl. - 8
Heat up milk until boil.

Add eggs and mix add dry ingredients and mix well avoiding lumps add vanilla essence and butter in the end and remove from flame.

Set aside to cool.

Whip up whipping cream in a bowl and mix it with prepared pastry cream.

Now insert/fill this cream in prepared puffs from bottom.

Shower icing sugar in it.
