Saok the black udad daal and rajma overnight next day morning wash the dal in pressure cooker take 5 whistles and keep aside

In a pan put ghee and add jeera then onion FRI for 1 minutes the onion comes light brown colour then add ginger garlic paste then add tomatoes and FRI for 2 minutes then add all dry masala Fry the masala for 5 minutes then add cooked dal and mix well and cover and cook for 15 minutes and then add fresh cream and cook for 2&3 minutes and then add butter and garnish with coriander leaves....
