Steps

Preheat your oven at 350F/ 180 degrees celcius

Prepare your baking tin by lining it with aluminum foil and set aside

Take Fresh Meat, tell your butcher to cut it ile design ya kuenda kuroast😀😀 or simply slit some cuts in your meat. If meat is frozen let it defrost completely before using, don’t hasten the defrosting process. Pat the meat dry and set aside.

Mix all the the marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

Rub the marinade into the meat you had set aside. Now here you can let the meat sit for 2 hours- overnight.

If you don’t have time just transfer your meat to baking tin and rusha kwa oven.

Bake for exactly 60 minutes in the middle rack.

40 minutes into the baking, flip your meat so that the other side can also cook and dry well. At this point i also shift my baking tin to the upper rack.

Once 60 minutes are done, drain off the excess oil if any otherwise wrap the meat with the cling film used on your baking tin let it sit as you prepare its accompaniment
