Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoats porridge
  2. 1 cupdates
  3. 21almonds
  4. 1 tbspcoconut oil/Desi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Oats porridge check kar lein,ke saaf Hai. dates dho kar khusk kar lein phir ghutli nikal lein. Almond le lein.

    Oats porridge light brown colour any tak medium anch par bhoun lein.

    Garam he grand kar lein..achi trah powder ni bnana.

    Dates & almonds b grand kar lein. Achi trah grand ni krna. Atta ni banana.

    Bowl mein 3no grand chezein dal ke hatho se mix karein.. 1 tbsp coconut oil dal ke achi trah mix karein.

    Balls bana lein. 6 balls bnygy. Tea ke sath serve karein.

    Air tight box me save kren. Frij me rakhen. Aik hafty tak he store kr skty hen.
