Peal, wash n cut ur potatoes and plantain in to desired shapes. Deep fry it.

In a clean pot add sliced onions, chopped peppers, seasoning, pinch of salt and 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil then turn d heat on.

Then add ur whisked eggs and continue mixing until wen d eggs is done.
