First we can wash the poha twice keep a side for 5 minutes.... And then add in the poha turmeric powder, sugar and salt and Chopped potato and lemon juice....

In a kadai put water it comes boil then place the poha plate in them and steam for 15 minutes.. cover and cook

In a pan put oil and heat it then add mustard seeds, saunf, green chilli, anda curry leaves tadka is ready you can add the tadka in the steamed poha... And add poha masala hing jeeravan..

Take the poha in a plate and garnish with onion tomato, groundnut roasted then add coriander leaves and then sprinkle the famous poha masala and add bhujia.... The steam poha is ready it is very delicious breakfast..
