Aloo ke parathe with chai is a perfect and yummy treat.
Steps

1. Mix both the flour, add salt and oil. Knead medium soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Boil the potatoes and mash them roughly.

3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and crackle 1 tsp mustard seeds and cumin seeds each. Put some curry leaves and one sliced onion in it. Saute for a while.

4. Now add roughly mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, green chilli paste and crushed red chilli and cook for two minutes. Now turn off the flame. Let it cool before fill in paratha.

5. Again knead the dough for a minute. Take medium sized ball of dough and roll out round roti.

6. Spread potato mixture on half of the roti and fold the another half over it. Seal the edges.

7. Heat some ghee in frying pan and fry the paratha from both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with imli chutney. Enjoy😊😊
