A popular breakfast comprising flatten rice
Steps

Wash, soak and drain poha and keep aside.

Chop onion, tomato, potato, carrot ginger and beans.

In a karahi heat oil and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add ginger. Stir for 2 minutes add chopped onion. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add all chopped green vegetables, peas, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well and cook till oil vegetables are done.

Add peanuts, raisins, sugar and mix well.

Stir fry for 5 minutes and now put poha and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes add little water and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry patta. Sprinkle Maggi magic masala and squeeze lemon juice and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
