Steps

Take dough and make loi...after that take a twa and heat it.other side take a loi and spread it with rolling pin.and take a bowl put into potato and onion green chilli salt and red chilli powder and mix it well.

Now take this mixture and spread it also dough and cover and make ball with this dough.

Now 1 spoon spread oil into twa and heat it and now this spread Parantha into twa and heat it when it's own change colour.

When the Parantha change it's own colour then this process use other side.

And serve it with curd and coriander chutney...
