Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 cupSprouts of moong
  2. 1 cupSprouts of matki
  3. 1/2 cupkurmura
  4. 1chopped medium size onion
  5. 5-6Green chillies
  6. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 cupNamkeen mixture
  8. 1/4 cupSalted Roasted peanuts
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  12. 1 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil both the sprouts with turmeric and salt.

  2. 2

    Remove water and keep aside to cool the boiled sprouts.

  3. 3

    Take oil in a pan and add chopped green chillies. Add salt and stir fry them on high flame. Once slightly roasted grind them to a fine paste to make a thecha(chutney) of it.

  4. 4

    Now take a deep vessel add all the ingredients, add the green chillies thecha according to taste.

  5. 5

    Mix well add the namkeen and prepare the puneri bhel.
