Steps

Boil both the sprouts with turmeric and salt.

Remove water and keep aside to cool the boiled sprouts.

Take oil in a pan and add chopped green chillies. Add salt and stir fry them on high flame. Once slightly roasted grind them to a fine paste to make a thecha(chutney) of it.

Now take a deep vessel add all the ingredients, add the green chillies thecha according to taste.

Mix well add the namkeen and prepare the puneri bhel.
