First of all remove the husk from the corn cobs. Wash the corn with fresh water.

Take a pressure cooker add corn also add potato, then add water for boiling. So that corn and potato both are boiled together. Keep the heat on high flame until 2 vessel. (By the time we can do preparation of other vegetables)

After that switch the (heat) stove.Let it cool down. Take out corn kernels from the corn cobs. Also chop the boiled potatoes.

Now take a large bowl, add corn kernels, all the vegetables (potato,tomato, onion, cucumber, carrots, capsicum, beetroot).Add lemon juice and mix it.

Now add salt and black pepper powder. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it 2 to 3 times so that everything mix properly.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Corn chaat is ready to eat.
