In a bowl add flour,carom seeds,1 tsp oil and mix well.now add sufficient water to make hard dough.other side switch on the gas flame.take a kadhai,add oil in the kadhai and heat up oil for frying the puri's.now take a small size ball from the dough and make small chapati with the help of roller.and deep fry it.crisp from both the sides.and serve hot.
