Making dough-

In a plate take white flour. Add salt,oil,ajwain and mix it well.

Now add little water and make the hard dough.

Cover it with cotten cloth for 10 mins.

Make equal size ball from the dough and roll it on a flat surface.

It should be rolled as thin as possible.

Now make the small square shape using cutter.

Keep this in a plate. And in same way roll all the dough ball and cut it.

Once cutting part it over heat the oil in a pan.

And fry the mathari until it's colour changes to light brown. Now remove it from oil.

Serve this mathari with tea.
