Make a quick teriyaki sauce for grill: Mixing all of them.
Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper. - 2
Add oil in the grill pan, and heat the grill and let the grate heat up. Place the fish skin side down, then reduce the heat to medium, cover the grill, and cook without moving the fish until the skin side is brown, well marked, and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes.
Btw, brush flesh side with thin coat of teriyaki sauce and white sesame. - 3
Do it again with fish skin side, then enjoy it!
