Wash offals with warm water, pinch of salt, lemon juice and wash well, drain n put in a pot and cook.

Blend/grate d scotch bonnet, chilly pepper and onion and add to d pot, add ginger, bay leaf, spices and seasonings and allow it to cook till tender. Serve hot.
