Yummy twist to usual paan ladoos making them an unusual festive treat.
Steps

Churn the chopped paan leaves with condensed milk and set aside.

Roast desiccated coconut with ghee for 2 minutes.

Add in the paan and condensed milk mixture along with food colour. Mix well until looks combined. Set aside.

Take the gulkand, saunf and nuts,mix well.

Now take equal portion balls of coconut mixture and roll b/and greased palms.

Stuff the gulkand filling.

Roll into a ball shape. Then roll in the desiccated coconut. Set aside. If you stay at a place with warm temp. Keep them in refrigerator for 10-15 mins.

Chop the chocolate.

Melt with either microwave or double boiler method.

Roll the paan balls in melted chocolate with help of skewer and tap the excess off.

Let it sit for 5mins or until chocolate sets.

Store in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy.
