Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsleftover rice
  • 2medium onions (chopped)
  • 3red/green chillies
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1.5 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to pan. Add onion and chillies. Saute for 2 minutes adding salt and turmeric powder. Add rice gradually and saute for 3 minutes. Add chaat masala and serve hot.
