  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps

    Soak almonds and poppy seeds over night. But before soaking poppy seeds should be washed properly

  2. 2

    Next day.. Grind them together with milk

  3. 3

    Warm before taking it before sleeping.. it is good for weak people and strengthen your body. Also it is best drink for winters
