Ingredients

  • 2medium brocolli heads
  • 1large carror
  • 1tomato
  • 1bell pepper and 1 green pepper
  • 1onion
  • to tasteBlack pepper and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up your broccoli from the stem and wash in hot water. This helps remove hidden dirt and insects.

  2. 2

    Saute your onions in a pan. Add in the tomato. Then grated carrots, sliced peppers. Salt and pepper. Finally add your broccoli. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Serve.
