Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cupbran
  • 2 cupsmethi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspchopped Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp mango powder
  • as requiredWheat flour for dust
  • as requiredOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all ingredients mix well first then add little water one time and make a chapati dough rest it for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Now roll balls out of the dough than roll chapatis and shallow fry them on medium to high flame serve hot.
