Mix everything together except oil

Heat up appe pan and brush it with oil

Pour the prepared batter carefully with a table spoon

Cover and let it cook for a minute or two

Sprinkle some oil and turn the appe and cook without lid for another 2 minutes

Repeat the process with remaining batter
- 7
Serve with green chutney or any dip you like
