Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Then add required amount of milk and curd in it and mix it well.

Add grated apple and cardamom powder in it and mix it well.

The batter is now ready.

Heat the appe pan and brush ghee in it and then pour the prepared batter in them. Then cover it in low flame.

After 3-4 minutes when one side is cook flip the other side.

When both the side are cooked switch off the flame. Now your apple Ragi Uniappam are ready.

Serve hot by topping with honey and garnishing with some chopped almonds and pistachios.

You can store them in an airtight container for 2 days.
