First soak the powder of idli in water maintenance a thick consistency so that it would take less time to cook. Soak it at night for better result.

Now keep the required veggies ready and keep them for boiling in pressure cooker by adding all the vegetables n few curry leaves and add salt.

After the whistle comes out then put the kadai on high steam with oil in it and add dry red chillies, bay leaf n mustard seeds na also fengurik seeds n add curry leaves n onion. And fry it for 30 sec n now add the boiled dal with veggies on the kadai n let it boil n add pinch of turmeric powder n red chillo powder n stir for 8 10min

On the other side take a container or any utensils that fit the idli stand inside it add water let the warer,now brush the area with refined oil little bit n pour the batter in it so that u can easily take the idli out n it won't stick n now immerse it in the utensil n cover it with a lid if dre is any opening in the lid cover it.

Now keep it for 10min and take a toothpick n check wthr its done or not by poking it in the middle of the idli. After its done u ll see it dry n only then take it out with the help of a spoon.

Finally serve it hot hot for breakfast 😋
