Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupBroken wheat
  2. 1 tbspGhee
  3. to tasteJaggery/sugar
  4. 3 cupwater
  5. as neededMilk to serve
  6. 1/8 cupDryfruits and nuts
  7. 1/4 tspSalt
  8. as neededCardamom powder
  9. 1 pinchCinnamon powder

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Take ghee in a wok, heat it on medium flame

  2. 2

    Add dalia and roast until golden brown and aromat.

  3. 3

    Take it off the flame.

  4. 4

    In a pressure cooker, add water along with roasted dalia and salt.

  5. 5

    Stir it constantly until reached to a boil.

  6. 6

    Close the lid and let it cook upto 5 whistles or just check in b/and if it is done. Switch off the flame

  7. 7

    Once all the steam releases, add the sugar nuts and cardomom & cinnamon powder.

  8. 8

    Serve with warm milk.
