Ingredients

  • 1 bowlWheat flour
  • 4 tbsghee
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchcardamom powder
  • as neededSugar syrup
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add atta and ghee mix it well add salt, cardmom powder mix it

  2. 2

    Add slowly-slowly chashani make a tight dough

  3. 3

    Take a small dough roll thick roti and cut in round shape and rest for 30 minit

    Heat the oil and fry it low to medium flame
