Wash and grind urad flour softly

Wash and drain the water from maize rava and squeeze the excess water and add in the urad flour batter..and mix nicely with little salt

Then let it ferment for 5 to 8 hrs,mix gently and start making your soft idli..you can add little baking powder to the batter to nice and soft idli.
