Ingredients

2Eggs
Bread slices 2
Salt as required
1/4 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspChilli powder
1/4 tspBlack pepper
2 tblsMashed potatoes
1 tblsCream
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tblscoriander leaves
1/2 cuptri-colour fusilli boiled pasta
1 tblssalted butter
1 tblsoil

Steps

Beat eggs with chilli powder and salt, add coriander leaves and mix. Take 2 tbls boiled mashed potatoes add cumin seeds, salt and garam masala powder, mix.

Take two large bread slices, spread butter at one and spread potatoes mixture on another. Then spread cream on potatoes and sed with fusilli pasta. Cover with buttered bread slice.

Heat up oil in a fry pan and pour eggs mixture set Sandwich on the middle of egg then cover egg omelette from both sides.

Cook untill golden brown. Cut into triangles and serve.
