Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsmacaroni
  2. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  3. to tastesalt
  4. as requiredwater for boiling
  5. 1/2 teaspoonaamchoor powder
  6. 1 teaspoonghee
  7. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  8. 2-3red chillies chopped
  9. 2onions
  10. 2small tomatoes
  11. as requiredother veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil macaroni in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add ghee in pan and heat it well.

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds.

  4. 4

    Add all chopped vegetables.

  5. 5

    Stir till it get soften and add masalas.

  6. 6

    Add macaroni in it and mix it well and macaroni is ready to serve and you can add red sauce too.
