Steps

First wash the seeds with water and dry in sunlight until it completely dry.

Take a pan cook the the seeds on a low flame for 7-8 minutes.

After 8 minutes add Jaggery,cardamom mix well. Turn off the flame.

Now make balls with wet hands with water or oil.

After one hour kept all the balls in a airtight container. Enjoy the grandma healthy recipe
