Mashed the yam in a bowl,add salt,Maggi,seasoning,onion&mix add scotch bonnet and garlic mix/stir until the mixture become soft and sticky.Heat oil in a pan,whisk egg in a bowl put the yam balls in the egg and stir well until fully coated with the mixture,remove the balls and sprinkle the flour till the balls are coated with the flour.

Repeat the process twice from egg to flour and fry in a hot oil until golden brown...
