Ingredients

  • Meat
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Diced pepper
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced cucumber
  • Sliced onions

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan cook meat with some onions and seasoning until soft, add in diced peppers and allow to cook for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Add in tomatoes, cucumbers and remaining sliced onions,stir and allow to stimmer for 3mins

    Serve with any food of choice. I served mine with lettuce
