Steps

Boil the potatoes and then cut them into pieces.

Grind the cumin and coriander seeds and make a powder of it.

Heat the pan and put some mustard/refined oil.

Spread some cumin seeds over it.

Now add potatoes and mix it with the cumin seeds very well in a medium flame.

Now add a little spoon of turmeric powder, salt as per your taste. You can add some sugar if you want. Mix it very well.

Now add the cumin- coriander powder.
- 8
Mix the Curry leaves very well. Now serve it with Roti or paratha.
