  • to tasteScotch bonnet pepper
  • 2onions
  • 6Tomatoes
  • cubesBuilion
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your cow skin until its soft

    Blend tomatoes onions and pepper

    In a sauce pan heat some oil add the blended pepper and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Fry very well then add in the cooked ponmo mix them up and leave for about 10min
