Ingredients

  • 1thin slice onion
  • 1thin slice potato
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededoil for deep frying
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thin batter of besan with water.

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a pan dip potato and onion in the batter and one by one deep fry them.

    Serve hot.
