Wash and soak dal for 4- 6 hours

Grind dal in smooth paste add salt peppercorns and cumin seeds green chillies

Mix it.

Heat oil in pan after adding salt immediately fry wadas.

Keep Fried wadas in water to remain soft.

Take curd in mixing bowl beat it add sugar black salt and mix it properly you can make powder of sugar then add.

Add wadas keep in the fridge to serve chilled.
