Steps

Grind Cashews, milk powder and cocoa powder all together in a mixer grinder into fine powder

Heat a pan add sugar and milk and cook till starts bubbling stirring continuously. Add Cashews milk & coco and mix well stir continuously till thickens and forms a dough add ghee and saute for a while.

Transfer on plastic sheet and with plastic to soften it, now roll it with roller and stick silver vark carefully. Let it cool completely and cut into pieces.

Serve Yummy Chocolate Kaju Katli in a plate and garnish with golden edible sprinkles
