2 cupsoaked chana dal
1ginger
2-3green chillies
1chopped onion
leavesChopped green coriander
To tasteSalt
2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoonturmeric powder
1/2 tspGrinded saunf / fennel seeds
1 teaspoonajwain / carom seeds
1 tspAmchur powder
1 tspOil for frying

Grind coarsely chana dal with ginger and green chillies
2

Add all spices and chopped onion green coriander leaves
3

Make small flat vada
4

Fry on medium flame
5

Serve with imli chutney
