To make a paste of mustardseed,cuminseeds,garlicclive,greenchilli,desecated coconut.

Cut the mushroom small pieces.Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil,put the washed mushroom sauted till water desolved.

Now arrange the sal-leaf 1 by one.put mushroom,mustardseedspaste,salt,turmeric,oil&grednchilli mix well.Fold the leaf &stich it on bambo stick.

Heat a heavy bottompan put the.paturi on it,cover a silver plate &press.a sil pua.Low the flame.

After 30 mints chhotu paturi is ready to serve.Serve with watery rice(Pokhalo).
