Marinate chicken for 1 hour adding salt, pepper powder and curd. Add oil and butter to pan or handi.

Add cumin seeds,bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves. Saute for 1 minute. Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies. Add this paste to the pan. Add little bit salt, and cook for 2 minutes.

Fresh cream, garam masala powder and cook until Oil reduce

. Add marinated chicken and cover with lid cook for 25 minutes in low flame.

Then uncover and cook for 1 minute in high flame. Garnish with fresh cream,mint leaf and green chillies.
