Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgTori cut into pieces
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 1 inchginger chopped
  5. 1 tspDesi ghee
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1 pinchturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add ghee.now add green chilli and ginger.mix,add onion and cook for few minutes.add spices.mix well.add Tori, mix it and cover with lid.wait till three whistles.after that add milk in it.give 2-3 boils and serve hot.
