Wash the brinjal grease it with oil.

Put the brinjal on gass.

At low flame..turn it side by side.

Brinjal get roasted.

Other side take a pan add oil heat it. Add chopped onion saute it,add green peas,chopped tomato and chopped green chilli.mix it

After that add all sices mix well.

Add mashed brinjal mix it very well.cooked for 3-4 min in high flame.

Brinjal bartha is ready serve with chapti.
